ABOUT ME:
Finding the right property is a careful science, why not trust a scientist to do the researching for you? Coming from a science background, I take understanding things fully very seriously, and you can trust I will be thorough in any work we do together, whether it's presenting you with every home that may suit your needs/budget, or ensuring I've done a comprehensive look at all comparable properties to get you the most accurate market analysis before we list your home. I'm not afraid to say when there's something I don't know, and ensure we find the right answers from the right people.
I grew up in Washington State but have lived in Missouri, Texas, and now Arizona. I'm a proud Washington State University alumna (Go Cougs!) and a Texas A&M University former student (Gig 'em, Aggies!) where I got my Master's degree. Before relocating, I spent many years visiting my family down here, and am thrilled to call this beautiful desert state home! I spent 10 years in the scientific field where I excelled, but missed connecting with and helping people in a more direct setting. What that career left me with is a passion for data, details, and digging to find the right answer (or property) for you!






BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE
When representing you as a buyer, I can do all the legwork of house hunting for you. I'll get a sense for all your wants and needs in a new home, and I'll scour the market to find the best options for you within your budget. This way you'll only spend time looking at homes that are viable candidates. Once we find the home of your dreams, I'll work tirelessly to get you the best deal by doing due diligence on a market analysis, property history, and more.
Sellers REPRESENTATIVE
Selling a house on your own can seem appealing. Before I was an agent, I actually did sell my own house, but I wish I'd known about all the risks that come with doing it this way. First, we will start with a thorough market analysis to find a reasonable price range for your home. We will work together to decide what you feel most comfortable with based on your needs, goals, and timeline for selling.
Once that's done, I'll manage everything throughout the process for you, the marketing, open houses, private showings, and all the preparation before those things can happen (staging, minor fixes, landscaping etc.). Once offers come in, I'll handle all the paperwork, advise you on negotiations, and get you all the way through the close date and on to your next chapter.
