ABOUT ME:


I used to work in a lab. Being trained as a scientist through my undergrad at Washington State University and my masters at Texas A&M taught me a love and appreciation for the scientific method. A structured process is a core pillar of how I run my real estate business now. Working in a lab, I missed connecting with and helping people directly, and now, being a Realtor® allows me to combine all the technical skills of my previous careers with my true drive to help and connect to those around me.


Before relocating, I spent many years visiting my family down here, and am thrilled to call this beautiful desert state home! I have lived in 4 states, and have learned how to make friends and connections anywhere I go. My ability to connect in authentic ways is a super power in real estate, and is a sneaky skill in negotiations. I have saved my clients thousands of dollars simply by being collaborative and nice to work with. 


What my 10 years in a scientific career left me with is a passion for data, details, and digging to find the right answer (or property). I think in the big picture, not just the current transaction. What does this neighborhood look like in 10 years? What does this purchase set you up for? Those are the questions I'm always running in the background.


My core values are transparency, authenticity, attention to detail, high ethical standards, and care. If I don’t know something, I’ll find out. I approach each transaction with the rigor and process of a scientist. If your dream property isn’t listed? Give me some time. If it exists, I’ll find it.

BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE

When representing you as a buyer, I can do all the legwork of house hunting for you. I'll get a sense for all your wants and needs in a new home, and I'll scour the market to find the best options for you within your budget. I also will keep an eye out and tap into my networks to look for things before they hit the market, which avoids competition from other buyers. Before we see anything in person, I'll do fact finding on the story behind the property so that you understand the leverage we may or may not have in a negotiation. I'll work tirelessly to get you the best deal by doing due diligence on a market analysis, property history, and more.

Sellers REPRESENTATIVE

Selling a house on your own can seem appealing. Before I was an agent, I actually did sell my own house, but I wish I'd known about all the risks that come with doing it this way. First, we will start with a thorough market analysis to find a reasonable price range for your home. We will work together to decide what you feel most comfortable with based on your needs, goals, and timeline for selling. 


Once that's done, I'll manage everything throughout the process for you, the marketing, open houses, private showings, and all the preparation before those things can happen (staging, minor fixes, landscaping etc.). Once offers come in, I'll handle all the paperwork, advise you on negotiations, and get you all the way through the close date and on to your next chapter.
